- Firstly, it’s a chance to talk honestly about your IBS symptoms without fear or embarrassment. For many people this is helpful in itself – as they may never have felt able to talk about it with family or friends.
- Secondly, my sessions are geared towards alleviation of your symptoms. After a series of sessions the majority of my clients experience a significant long-term reduction in their IBS symptoms.
- Thirdly, with the easing of those symptoms comes a general boost in morale and overall well-being. As the body begins to regain control so the mind relaxes – which in turn further assists the body to regain its normal functions.
