Enable you to plan and see the progress you are making. It takes this in a step-by-step fashion through a series of 'achievable challenges' and 'rewards'. You gradually expand the range of things you can do and gain more confidence with each step. In this way freedom from IBS can become a reality.

Symptom Monitoring Charts

With these you can see how your symptoms are lessening as you make progress. These provide encouragement and are a tangible measure of the progress you are making.
