1. It has evolved from fifteen years' successful hypnotherapy work with hundreds of patients at the IBS Treatment Centre in London. It has been specially developed to make the benefits available to IBS sufferers not able to attend personally at the Centre.

2. It is designed by myself, a psychotherapist (and former IBS sufferer), so it is based on first-hand experience and the experience of a great number of other IBS sufferers.

Using a hypnotherapy approach the CD induces calmness and relaxation. It combines this with positive suggestions to reduce symptoms and gain confidence and freedom from IBS. Has a relaxing music background. Initially needs to be listened to on a daily basis.

Personal Achievement Plans

Enable you to plan and see the progress you are making. It takes this in a step-by-step fashion through a series of 'achievable challenges' and 'rewards'. You gradually expand the range of things you can do and gain more confidence with each step. Combined with the CD freedom from IBS can become a reality.

Symptom Monitoring Charts

With these you can see how your symptoms are lessening as you make progress. These provide encouragement and are a tangible measure of the progress you are making.

The whole Package is mailed to you in plain wrapping for a total cost, including worldwide post & packing, of £29.99. We use a secure site - PayPal.
